11.40.100 <br />11.40.100 Administrative Fee For <br />Certain Towed Vehicles: <br />In addition to satisfying the other <br />requirements of section 22651 or <br />14602.6 of the Vehicle Code, as appli- <br />cable, the owner of any vehicle towed <br />pursuant to section 11.40.010 of this <br />chapter shall pay to the city an admin- <br />istrative fee as established by city <br />council resolution.
