(19) Except as otherwise provided in Article (7) of <br />this Section III, those portions of this Agreement pertaining to <br />the design and construction of PROJECT shall terminate upon com- <br />pletion and acceptance of the PROJECT construction contract by <br />CITY, with concurrence by STATE, or on September 30, 1993, which- <br />ever is earlier in time; however, the ownership and maintenance <br />clauses shall remain in effect until terminated or modified, in <br />writing, by mutual agreement. <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />Department of Transportation ~ <br />ROBERT K.
