4. Recommend a condition to require dedication of 497 acres of open space shown <br />on Exhibit A, the PUD development plan for PUD-33, as open space in <br />perpetuity. Adopt a separate motion (so that Commissioner Narum can abstain) <br />to allow public trails and staging areas in the open space area subject to Exhibit <br />C-2, Draft Conditions of Approval, dated March 28, 2007; <br />5. Recommend approval of the PUD development plan to subdivide the remaining <br />66 acres of the subject property into 51 custom home sites and to allow <br />miscellaneous public infrastructure including a water tank, drainage facilities, <br />etc., shown on Exhibit A of Case PUD-33, dated "March 16, 2007"; <br />6.
