The following table summarizes the assessment and estimated value information for
the Assessment District. The lien ratios are arrived at by dividing the sum of the estimated
value of each parcel plus the County Assessor's assessed valuation of the improvementi
thereon by the confirmed sum of the assessment amount for the Assessment District
applicable thereto and the outstanding Prior Hem. For example, a 2:1 lien ratio means that
the estimated value is twice the total assessment amount.
