Ms. Michelotti reiterated that she wanted open fencing, 30-foot setbacks and a color
palette.

It was moved by Mayor Tarver, seconded by Ms. Michelotti, to continue the item
and bring it back with a development agreement and modifications to the design
guidelines.

Mr. Pico did not understand why the item needed to be continued if the project is
conditioned upon a development agreement being required.

Ms. Seto said a development agreement is being proposed so all the terms are set forth.
In the event there is a disagreement and the item has been continued then Council will not have
provided approval.

The roll call vote was as follows:
AYES: Councilmembers Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti, Pico, and Mayor Tarver.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTAIN: None.

5.
