He added that for $90.00 per month one meal per day <br />will be served. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Wilson, <br />that Resolution No. 88-239, authorizing and approving the financing, the <br />owner, general contract and management agent for Willow Glen Apartments, and <br />approving and authorizing the execution and delivery of various ownership, <br />financing, construction, management and other related documents in connection <br />with the Senior Housing project, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />item 12d <br />Recommendation Reqarding Future Use of Old Library Building <br /> Ms. Bengtson presented her report (SR 88:234) dated May 17, 1988, regard- <br />ing this matter. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes stated it was his understanding that the building <br />would revert back to the City after the County no longer had use for it. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer asked what uses the County had proposed for the building. <br />Ms. Bengtson stated it was her understanding the only use is for classrooms at <br />Camp Parks.
