REPORTS <br />There were no City Council committee =reports. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS <br />There were no Matters initiated by council members. <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION - PENDING LITIGATION <br />Mayor Reid recessed the meeting to an Executive .Session at 11:=10 P.M. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Gerton and seconded.by Councilman.Beratlis <br />that Resolution No. 72-23, regarding the Kottinger Land purchase, be <br />adopted. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Pearson, Gerton,. Spiliotopo,ulos and Mayor <br />NOES: None ......
