Purchaser <br /> <br /> The term "Purchaser" means Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, <br />Inc. as underwriter and purchaser of the Certificates pursuant <br />to the Certificates of Participation Purchase Contract. <br /> <br />Rebate Certificate <br /> <br /> The term "Rebate Certificate" means a certificate <br />relating to Section 148(f) of the Code, executed by the City <br />on the date of delivery of the Certificates to the Purchaser, <br />as originally delivered and as it may be amended from time to <br />time. <br /> <br />Rebate Fund <br /> <br /> The term "Rebate Fund" means the fund by that name <br />established in Section 5.04. <br /> <br />Rental Payments <br /> <br /> The term "Rental Payments" means the Base Rental <br />Payments and the Additional Rental Payments. <br /> <br />Site Lease <br /> <br /> The term "Site Lease" means that certain lease, <br />entitled "Site Lease (Capital Project I)," by and between the <br />City and the Corporation, dated as of October 1, 1987, which <br />lease or a memorandum thereof was recorded in the office of <br />the County Recorder of the County of Alameda on , <br />1987 under Recorder's Serial Number as originally <br />executed and recorded or as it may from time to time be <br />supplemented, modified or amended pursuant to the provisions <br />hereof and thereof. <br /> <br />Trust Administration Fund <br /> <br /> The term "Trust Administration Fund" means the fund <br />by that name established in Section 5.03. <br /> <br />Trust Agreement <br /> <br /> The term "Trust Agreement" means this Trust <br />Agreement by and among the Trustee, the Corporation and the <br />City, dated as of October 1, 1987, as originally executed and <br />as it may from time to time be amended or supplemented in <br />accordance herewith. <br /> <br /> 10 <br />1451S <br /> <br /> <br />
