accordance with the provisions of the Facility Lease, under <br />the circumstances and upon the conditions and terms prescribed <br />herein and in the Facility Lease, at a prepayment price equal <br />to the sum of the principal amount represented thereby plus <br />accrued interest represented thereby to the date fixed for <br />prepayment, without premium. <br /> <br /> (b) The Certificates payable on October 1, 2008 <br />shall also be subject to mandatory prepayment prior to their <br />stated Certificate Payment Date, in part on October 1 o.f each <br />year on and after October 1, 2000, by lot, from and in the <br />amount of the principal components of the Base Rental Payments <br />due and payable on such dates, at a prepayment price equal to <br />the sum of the principal amount represented thereby plus <br />accrued interest represented thereby to the date fixed for <br />prepayment, without premium.
