amounts of principal represented by the Certificates unpaid <br />just prior to said prepayment date, from prepaid Rental <br />Payments made by the City from funds received by the City due <br />to a casualty loss or governmental taking of Capital Projects I <br />and II, or portion thereof, under the circumstances and upon <br />the conditions and terms prescribed in the Trust Agreement and <br />in the Lease, at a prepayment amount equal to the sum of the <br />principal component represented thereby plus accrued interest <br />represented thereby to the date fixed for prepayment. <br /> <br /> The Certificates payable on October 1, 2008, are subject to <br />mandatory prepayment prior to their stated Certificate Payment <br />Date in part on October 1 of each year on and after October 1, <br />2000, by lot, from and in the amount of the principal <br />components of the Rental Payments due and payable on such <br />dates, at a prepayment price equal to the sum of the principal <br />amount represented thereby plus accrued interest represented <br />thereby to the date of prepayment, without premium.
