APPENDIX B SUMMARIES OF DOCUMENTS The following summary discussion of selected features of the proposed forms of the Site Lease, Deed of Gift, Facility Lease, Assignment Agreement and Trust Agreement are made subject to all of the provisions of such documents. This summary discussion does not purport to be a complete statement of said provisions and prospective purchasers of the Certificates are referred to the complete texts of said documents, copies of which are available upon request sent to Ernest B. Bodnar, Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc., One California Street, Suite 2630, San Francisco, California 94111. DEFINITIONS "Acquisition and Construction Fund" means the fund by that name established in Section 3.02 of the Trust Agreement. "Additional Rental Payments" means the additional rental payments payable by the City under and pursuant to Section 3(b) of the Facility Lease. "Assignment Agreement" means that certain Assignment Agreement by and between the Corporation and the Trustee, dated as of October 1, 1987. "Base Rental Payment Fund" means the fund by that name established in Section 5.01 of the Trust Agreement. "Base Rental" and "Base Rental Payments" means the base rental payments with interest components and principal components payable by the City under and pursuant to Section 3(a) of the Facility Lease. "Capital Project I" means a new water reservoir and pip~line in the County of Alameda, California, to be commonly known and designated as the Sycamore Water Reservoir, to be located approximately 1,300 feet northeast of the intersection of Alisal Road and Sycamore Road and to have a capacity of approximately 8,000,000.gallons of water, including all works, properties and structures comprising said reservoir and pipeline, together with parking, site development, landscaping, utilities, equipment, furnishings, improvements and appurtenant and related facilities, all to be constructed on the Demised Premises, in accordance with the plans and B-1 1685S
