"Rental Payments" means the Base Rental Payments and <br />the Additional Rental Payments. <br /> <br /> "Site Lease" means that certain lease, entitled <br />"Site Lease (Capital Project I)," by and between the City and <br />the Corporation, dated as of October 1, 1987. <br /> <br /> "Trust Administration Fund" means the fund by that <br />name established in Section 5.03 of the Trust Agreement. <br /> <br /> "Trust Agreement" means the Trust Agreement by and <br />among the Trustee, the Corporation and the City, dated as of <br />October 1, 1987, as originally executed and as it may from <br />time to time be amended or supplemented in accordance <br />therewith. <br /> <br /> "Trustee'! means Bank of America National Trust and <br />Savings Association, a national banking association duly <br />organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the <br />United States of America and having a principal corporate <br />trust office in San Francisco, California, or any other bank <br />or trust company which may at any time be substituted in its <br />place as provided in Section 8.02 of the Trust Agreement. <br /> <br /> t" <br /> "Written Request of the Ci y means an instrument in <br />writing signed by the City Manager of the City, or by the <br />Director of Finance of the City, or by the City Engineer of <br />the City, or by any other officer of the City duly authorized <br />by the City Council of the City for that purpose, with the <br />seal of the City affixed thereon. <br /> <br /> "Written Request of the Corporation" means an <br />instrument in writing signed by or on behalf of the <br />Corporation by its President or its Vice President or its <br />Treasurer or its Secretary or by any person (whether or not an <br />officer of the Corporation) who is specifically authorized by <br />resolution of the Board of Directors of the Corporation to <br />sign or execute such a document on its behalf. <br /> <br /> THE SITE LEASE <br /> <br /> The City is the owner of a portion of the site of <br />Capital Project I and is in possession of the other portion of <br />the site of Capital Project I pursuant to writs of immediate <br />possession in condemnation actions in the Alameda County <br />Superior Court. The City has agreed to diligently prosecute <br />said actions to completion to obtain full legal title to all <br />of the site of Capital Project I. Pursuant to the Site Lease, <br />to be dated as of October 1, 1987 and to be entered into prior <br />to the delivery of the Certificates, the City will lease to <br /> <br /> B-5 <br />1685S <br /> <br /> <br />
