ARTICLE I <br /> DEFINITIONS; EQUAL SECURITY <br /> <br /> SECTION 1.01. Definitions. Unless the context <br />otherwise requires, the terms defined in this Section shall <br />for all purposes hereof and of any amendment hereof or <br />supplement hereto and of the Certificates and of any <br />certificate, opinion, request or other document mentioned <br />herein or therein have the meanings defined herein, the <br />following definitions to be equally applicable to both the <br />singular and plural forms of any of the terms defined herein: <br /> <br />Acquisition and Construction Fund <br /> <br /> The term "Acquisition and Construction Fund" means <br />the fund by that name established in Section 3.02. <br /> <br />Additional Rental Payments <br /> <br /> The term "Additional Rental Payments" means the <br />additional rental payments payable by the City under and <br />pursuant to Section 3(b) of the Facility Lease. <br /> <br />Assignment Aqreement <br /> <br /> The term "Assignment Agreement" means that certain <br />Assignment Agreement by and between the Corporation and the <br />Trustee, dated as of October 1, 1987. <br /> <br />Base Rental Payment Fund <br /> <br /> The term "Base Rental Payment Fund" means the fund <br />by that name established in Section 5.01. <br /> <br />Base Rental Payments <br /> <br /> The term "Base Rental Payments" means the base <br />rental payments with interest components and principal <br />components payable by the City under and pursuant to Section <br />3(a) of the Facility Lease. <br /> <br />Business Day <br /> <br /> The term "Business Day" means any day on which the <br />Trustee is open for business in San Francisco, California. <br /> <br />Capital Pro~ect I <br /> <br /> The term "Capital Project I" means a new water <br />reservoir and pipeline in the County of Alameda, California, <br />to be commonly known and designated as the Sycamore Water <br /> <br /> 2 <br />1451S <br /> <br /> <br />
