Claimant shall hereby and for Claimant's heirs, executors, administrators, <br />successors in interest and assignees release, acquit, and forever discharge the City and its <br />Councilmembers, officers, agents, and employees, and each of them separately and collectively, <br />from any and all claims, liens, demands, causes of action, obligations, damages and liabilities, <br />litigation costs, expenses and attorneys' fees known or unknown, that Claimant now has or may <br />hereafter claim to have against the City arising directly or indirectly out of the City's release of <br />the unclaimed cash bond to Claimant.
