DESCRIPTIOIQ OF WORK <br />Property Owner shall plan, construct, finance, or partic- <br />pate in the planning and construction of street improvements <br />along the Valley Avenue and City.Street/Boulder Drive frontages <br />of the site. Street improvements to be constructed shall <br />be tho e requredby.the Subdivision Ordinance of the City of <br />Pleasanton for development of streets along the frontage <br />of like property being subdivided. These improvements may include, <br />but are not necessarily limited to, grading, curb and gutter, sidewalk, <br />paving, street lighting, street trees, street monuments, underground <br />utilities, storm drain facili ies, sanitary sewer facilities, tree. <br />removal, and traffic control devices. <br />Property Owner shall submit <br />-2- <br />
