6. Relocation of tilater Trough. City acknowledges that the temporary fence would cut o.f.f the access to an existing water trough for livestock pastured westerly of the temporary fence and that livestock require use of this water trough beginning, in normal years, in late spring. Upon Gold and/or Laurel Creeks having ceased to provide adequate water, and upon ,15 days advance notification given by Property Owner to City., City shall locate a watering trough, owned by Property Owner,on the westerly side of the. temporary fence and shall provide an interim supply of_ water to said trough through connection to Property Owner`s existing water tank. or such other .means as to supply sufficient water to property Owner's livestock. 7. Hold ~iarmless. City shall indemnifv and hold harmless Property Owner and Property Owner's agents, employees, tenants, and invitees against any and all liability for dar_iage to property or persons, including the persons or properties of Property Owner or Property Owner's agents, employees, tenants, and invitees, caused directly or indirectly by City, its agents,. employees, or contractors while in ox about the property subject of this agreement and Property Owner's adjacent property., City hereby covenanting and agreeing to .indemnify and save harmless Property Owner from all liability, loss, cost,. and obligations on account of or arising out of any such injuries or losses however occurring. 8.
