• ~ <br />modifications desired by Bonde, or successor <br />S~bjee~-P~rape~tq-. The City, Centaur, and Shapell shall work together during the <br />design of Bernal Avenue and E. Angela Street and Centaur and Shapell shall submit <br />their requests for street widenings or other modifications in a timely manner so as not <br />to delay the design process. Upon recordation of the first final map allowing for <br />development of the Subject Property in accordance with the plans to be processed <br />by Centaur and Shapell, the developer of the Subject Property shall reimburse City <br />for any and all increased constructions costs resulting from the street widenings or <br />other modifications. <br />5. Reservation of Rights. <br />The parties acknowledge that Bonde is preserving all rights that she, or her <br />successor, may have under Government Code Section 51295 specifically. related to, <br />but not limited to, .the cancellation of a Williamson Act Land Conservation Contract <br />resulting from this acquisition of property in lieu of condemnation. <br />6.
