I • <br />of utility lines and equipment which render one or more of the <br />utility easements no longer necessary. <br />(7) SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS. The easements granted hereunder <br />for the benefit of Parcel 1 shall be appurtenant to Parcel 1, shall <br />run with Parcel 1 and shall enure to the benefit of the owner of <br />Parcel 1 and its transferees, successors and assigns, and all <br />persons claiming under such owner, and shall be binding upon the <br />owner of Parcel 2 and such owner's transferees, successors and <br />assigns and all persons claiming under such owner of Parcel 2. The <br />easements granted hereunder for the benefit of Parcel 2 shall be <br />appurtenant to Parcel 2, shall run with Parcel 2 and shall enure to <br />the benefit of the owner of Parcel 2 and such owner's transferees, <br />successors and all persons claiming under such owner, and shall be <br />binding upon the owner of Parcel 1 and such owner's transferees, <br />successors and assigns and all persons claiming under such owner of <br />Parcel 1. <br />(8) TERMINATION OF OBLIGATIONS. The easements reserved <br />herein run with the land and, therefore, upon transfer by the owner <br />of either Parcel of such Parcel, such owner shall not be <br />responsible for any future obligations under any easement created <br />pursuant to this Reservation. <br />(9) DEDICATION. Nothing contained in this Reservation shall <br />be deemed to be a gift or dedication of any portion of either or <br />both Parcels 1 or 2 to the general public or for the general public <br />or for any public purpose whatsoever. It is the intention of <br />Bundolo that this Restriction shall be strictly limited to and for <br />- 7 <br />
