~ ~ REAL PROPERTY PURCHASE CONTRACT CITY OF PLEASANTON THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this ~l>~ day of 1986, by and between VELMA M. BUSCH and t~ILLIAM BUSCH (hereinafter "Owner") and the CITY OF PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation (hereinafter "City"). W I T N E S S E T H WHEREAS, Owner is the owner of roughly 92 acres of land lo- cated at 3450 Busch Road adjacent to the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, City desires to acquire from Owner a portion of Owner's real property for use as a city corporation yard and other public purposes; and WHEREAS, Owner is willing to sell City the land needed for this purpose; and WHEREAS, Owner is willing to cooperate with City to enable the subdivision, annexation, and development of the portion desired to be acquired by City, including provision of utilities to said site; NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: 1. Agreement to Sell and Purchase. Owner agrees to sell to City and City agrees to purchase from Owner, upon the terms and conditions set forth herein, all that certain real property con- sisting of approximately 17 acres situated in the County of - 1 -
