.'~-. , <br /> <br />• <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-154 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED FREEWAY AGRF•'t' <br />a <br />WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of <br />Transportation, has presented an agreement entitled <br />"Freeway Agreement" which concerns State Highway Route <br />580 within the City of Pleasanton from the east City <br />limits near. Stacey Court to the west City limits near Las. <br />Palmas Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said agreement in full <br />and is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL_ OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: That said Agreement is hereby.. approved and the Mayor <br />is directed to sign the same on behalf of the City. <br />Section 2: This. resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING. WAS DULY AND- <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 4, 1992 BY THE.
