,'~ <br />f <br />AGREEMENT FOR ALLOCATION OF SEUIER COT~"NECTIONS <br />THIS AGREEMET~7T is entered into by and between the CLTY OF <br />PLEASANTON, a municipal corporation ("'City'°) and JOHT~ CAROLINE, <br />JR, and JOATd CAROLINE, his wife ("Caroline°`) or nominee/assignee, <br />effective this ~ day of /S/OVEMi9EJ~ 1980. <br />RECITALS: <br />A. Caroline is the o~,mer of the sixty-nine (.69) acre <br />property located on Valley Avenue in tn.e City of Pleasanton, <br />more particularly described as Tract 4326 on the tentative map <br />recently approved by the City. Caroline is the successor in <br />interest to KAISER SAND & GRAVEL, having acquired said property <br />from Kaiser. <br />B. It is Caroline's intention to develop a high quality <br />business park on the property. <br />C. Caroline has retained Iiabitec for site and architectural <br />design, Bissell ~ Karn, Inc„ civil engineers, as project <br />engineers, Judd I-Iu11 ~ Associates, and Earth Systems, Inc., as <br />soil engineers, for the design and construction of the business <br />park and the improvements thereon. All approvals have been <br />obtained to date including full environmental impact report, <br />development plan, rezoning, and approved tentative map.. <br />Garoline is awaiting approval of the final map pending allocation <br />of adequate sewer capacity to service the proposed project.. <br />D. City has entered into an agreement with ti+Tllow West <br />Properties for development of 500,000 GPD of sewer capacity at <br />the Dublin San Ramon Services District Plant (DSRSD) and in <br />-1- <br />
