• <br />EXtD:BIT ~~n~~ <br />Attached to that certain <br />Construction Loan Agreement <br />Dated 5/27/93 <br />and made apart thereof. <br />Condition 2: When the lien period shall have expire8 as those words are <br />hereinafter defined provided there are no unpaid olaims or <br />other liens on file with the Hank against any of the <br />building funds in the hands of Bank and provided also that a <br />title report or title insurance satisfactory to Bank issued <br />by a title ca~any referred to above shall be furnished to <br />Bank for the protection of Sank against any liens arising <br />out of the work of improvement referred to in the Notice of <br />Cca~letion.
