1. Construction of all .underground and surface <br />improvements per plans and specifications for <br />Avenue."A" prepared by Bissell & Karn, Inc. dated <br />November 1984; <br />2. Construction and installation of traffic signal at <br />intersection of Avenue A and Santa Rita Road as per <br />plans prepared by TJKM, Traffic .Engineers; and <br />3. Installation of all landscaping and irrigation as <br />per plans and specifications.-for Avenue "A" by <br />Heacox-Crutcher & Associates. <br />All as more particularly shown on the plans attached as Exhibit __ ..~.._ <br />~~Ar~ , <br />3. Inspection. City shall inspect all of said work through <br />an ~_n pector employed by City at the cost. and expense of <br />Developer, and Developer .shall pay .City the. cost of such <br />inspection which shall be 4% of the estimated cost. <br />The City Engineer has tentatively fixed the inspection <br />costs due upon execution of this agreement. as ,$54,400. 00. <br />4. Plans. All of said work shall be done and materials <br />furnished in strict accordance with the approved plans for said <br />improvements, as shown on the attached Exhibit "A", and in <br />accordance .with the standard-specifications and details of the <br />City of Pleasanton. It is further understood that the work and <br />materia~.s shall-be under. the'supervision of the City Engineer, or <br />his designated agents, and performed and installed to his: <br />satisfaction. <br />_ 3 <br />
