Notices. Unless otherwise provided herein, any notice <br />or communication required or provided for under this Agreement <br />shall be given in writing and sent by ordinary mail to the fol- <br />lowing address: <br />CITY: City of Pleasanton <br />P. Box 405 <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />Any notification required to be made by the City Engineer <br />shall also be sent to the party shown as the property owner on <br />the latest equalized assessor's roll. Any party or successor in <br />interest may change the foregoing address by giving notice of a <br />new address to each other party in the manner herein provided. <br />Notice shall be considered received two (2) days after the time <br />of mailing. <br />9. Miscellaneous Terms and Provisions. <br />(a) If any provision of this Agreement is adjudged in- <br />valid,. the remaining provisions of it are not affected. <br />(b) Notice to Property Owner shall be considered to <br />have been given to Property Owner when sent to the address stated <br />above. <br />(c) This writing contains a full, final and exclusive <br />statement of the Agreement of the parties. <br />- 4 - <br />
