Owners agree to place the Premises into any parking <br />assessment district or districts within the area bounded. by <br />Division Street, Main Street, Rose Avenue,. and Peters Avenue <br />in the City of Pleasanton, California, which may be established <br /><to provide parking space in whole or in part, for the benefit <br />of the Premises. <br />2. In agreeing to place the .Premises into such an assess- <br />.went district, Owners agree not to protest the establishment <br />of such a district and to sign any. petition necessary to .create <br />such a district. However, Owners retain the right to protest <br />the allocation of costa among the various properties with <br />...the proposed assessment district. <br />3. This agreement shall run with the land and be binding <br />upon the heirs; successors and assigns of the parties hereto <br />and shall be recorded in the Office of the Alameda County <br />Recorder. <br />IN WITNESS.
