15. Term. The term of this Agreement shall commence upon the Effective <br />Date, and shall expire upon the redemption or defeasance of all LAVWMA <br />Bonds for the LAVWMA Expansion Project and District Bonds for the VVVVfP <br />Stage 4 Expansion Project, whichever occurs later. <br />16. Successors. This Agreement, and the duties, obligations, and rights <br />of the parties shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, their successors. <br />17. Governing Law. The interpretation of this Agreement and the <br />performance of the parties hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State <br />of California. <br />18. Paragraph Headings. Paragraph and subparagraph headings <br />contained herein are for convenience only and shall not be deemed to amend, or <br />effect the interpretation of, the paragraph or subparagraphs headed thereby. <br />19. Original Counterparts.
