expressly established in the Bond Documents for the LAVWMA Expansion Project. A copy of Section 5.7 of the aforementioned Installment Sale Agreement is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A," and incorporated herein by this reference. So long as any Bonds are outstanding, the Regional Expansion Fund shall also be deemed to mean the Rate Stabilization Fund. Regional Agreement -that certain agreement entered into between District and City entitled, "Agreement for Wastewater Disposal Services," dated November 3, 1992, as supplemented by that certain First Supplemental Agreement to Agreement for Wastewater Disposal Services, dated September 2, 1997, as amended by the Financing Implementation Agreement dated May 1, 2000, and as further may be amended from time to time. Regional Connection Fees -charges imposed and collected by the parties pursuant to paragraph 10 (a) of the Regional Agreement, whether levied and collected by City or District, which fees are used to fund capital expansions and improvements of the Regional Facilities and which fees also may be pledged as security for District Bonds or LAVWMA Bonds. Regional Expansion Fund -that certain fund established, managed, and maintained by District pursuant to paragraph 11 of the Regional Agreement. From and after the Effective Date, the Rate Stabilization Fund as defined herein and in any Bond Documents shall be deemed to mean the Regional Expansion Fund for purposes of administering and interpreting the Regional Agreement. Regional Facilities - those certain sewerage facilities defined as "Regional Sewerage Facilities," in paragraph 1 (v) of the Regional Agreement.
