Provided that any party or the surety may change such <br />address by notice in writing to the other party and thereafter <br />notices shall be addressed and transmitted to the new address. <br />1T. BINDING ON LAND AND SUCCESSORS. All covenants, <br />promises and agreements contained in this agreement shall <br />pertain to and do hereby expressly run with Che land con- <br />trolled by subdivider and described herein. This agreement <br />shall bind and inure to the benefit of successors in interest <br />to the parties hereto, including heirs, assigns, executors, <br />administrators, and all other parties whether they succed <br />by operation of law or voluntary acts of subdivider. <br />Signatures and execution of all parties shall be acknowledged <br />before a notary public.
