PLANS. It is further understood that the work and materials <br />shall be under the supervision of the City Engineer, and <br />performed and installed to his satisfaction. <br />6. RELATED CONTRACTS AND PROCEEDINGS. Subdivider <br />agrees to be bound and promises to perform or pay obligations <br />binding upon land included fn said tract, as though he were <br />an original party thereto, for related contracts and City <br />Council ar~Planning Commission procee$ings as follows: <br />1. Annexation Agreement, dated September 12, 1966, by and between <br />the City of Pleasanton and Windsor Land Company, 2200 E. 14th Street, <br />San Leandro, California. (Annexation No. 42). <br />2.
