Councilmember <br />Sullivan discussed the fact where speakers were redundant but felt larger issues might warrant <br />more time and agreed more discussion was needed on speaker times in general. <br />Councilmember Thorne noted he attended the Executive Forum and provided a report, but said <br />some attachments of the resolutions did not make it and to let him know if anyone wanted <br />copies of them. He questioned if consideration on membership to the National League of Cities <br />needed to be agendized.
