execution of all parties shall be acknowledged before a notary <br />public. Either party may file and record this agreement with the <br />Recorder of Alameda County. <br />18. Failure to Complete Work. In the event that Subdivider <br />fails to complete the work (identified herein) within the time <br />frame provided by this Agreement, the City may deem the Subdivider <br />to be in default.
