Notices required to be given to Subdivider shall be addressed as follow: <br />Greenbriar Sycamore Valley Company <br />4340 Stevens Creek Boulevard, Suite 240 <br />San Jose, CA 95129 <br />Notices required to be given surety or Subdivider shall be addressed as follows: <br />Any party or the surety may change such address by notice in writing to the other party and <br />thereafter notices shall be addressed and sent to the new address. <br />16. Binding on Land and Successor. All covenants and promises contained in this <br />Agreement shall pertain to and do hereby expressly run with the land owned by Subdivider and <br />described herein.
