The City shall reimburse Developer the pro rata shaze of one-third of the pump <br />station inspection fees when payment is made to the City associated with pazcel <br />map, subdivision map, or building permit approval in the Happy Valley Water <br />Zone 626 (Bonde Water Zone), or when payment is made to the City by Happy <br />Valley Specific Plan developers of existing Happy Valley Specific Plan homes' <br />pro rata shaze of related water service infrastructure costs. <br />3_ Interest. Simple interest at the rate of six percent (6%) shall be added to the <br />Reimbursement Fee on January 1 beginning with the year following the City Council's acceptance of <br />the Improvements. <br />4. Term. This agreement shall remain in effect for a period of 10 yeazs after the Bridle <br />Creek water pump station, reservoir, and related telemetry accepted by the City. <br />5 Notices.
