Section 6. Time of Collection and Disbursement of Fees. <br />The City shall require the payment of the Reimbursement amount if the Benefited <br />Property connects a sanitary sewer lateral into the Improvement. The City shall collect <br />the Reimbursement amount at the time the owner(s) of the Benefited Property seeks a <br />sewer connection permit. <br />The Reimbursement amount collected by the City pursuant to this Agreement <br />shall be distributed in a ratio of ninety percent (90%) to Owners and Paid Property <br />Owners and ten percent (10%) to City, to compensate City for administration costs <br />related to this Agreement, as follows: <br />Owner Reimbursement Amount <br />Thomas & Aleta Messa $421.30 + interest <br />Ken & Cindy Nielsen $421.30 + interest <br />Mark Porter $421.30 + interest <br />Arlene Mckee (21ots) $842.60 + interest <br />Deanna Smith & Steve Owens $421.30 + interest <br />with reimbursement amounts less the 10% City administration fee. <br />Section 7. Time and Manner of Disbursement. <br />(a) Disbursement of Reimbursement amount collected by the City pursuant to this <br />Agreement shall be made to Owners and Paid Property Owners within sixty (60) days of <br />the collection thereof. <br />(b) The right to the Reimbursement amount shall be personal to Owners and Paid <br />Property Owners and shall continue notwithstanding the subsequent sale or transfer of the <br />Property. Owners and Paid Property Owners shall notify City of any change of address <br />by sending notice to: City of Pleasanton, P.O. Box 520, Pleasanton, CA 94566, Attn: <br />Public Works. <br />Section 8. Term. <br />Ten (10) years after the date of this Agreement, the City shall cease collecting the <br />Reimbursement amount and Owners and Paid Property Owners shall not be entitled to <br />the receipt of any further Reimbursement amount pursuant to this Agreement. <br />Section 9. Amendments. <br />Any amendment, modification, suspension or cancellation of this Agreement must <br />be in writing, signed by the appropriate authorities for City and Owners, and in a form <br />suitable for recording in the office of the Recorder of Alameda County, California. <br />
