Notices required to be given to Developer shall be addressed as follows: <br />The Prudential Insurance Company of America <br />4637 Chabot Drive, Suite 203 <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />Notices required to be given surety or Developer shall be addressed <br />as follows: <br />Provided that any party or the surety may change such address by <br />notice in writing to the other party and thereafter notices shall <br />be addressed and transmitted to the new address. <br />14. Binding on Land and Successors. All covenants, promises <br />and agreements contained in this agreement shall pertain to and do <br />hereby expressly run with the land controlled by Developer and <br />described herein. This agreement shall bind and insure to the <br />parties hereto, including heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, <br />and all other parties whether they succeed by operation of law or <br />voluntary acts of Developer. Signatures and execution of all parties <br />shall be acknowledged before a notary public.
