Insurance coverage shall be in at least the following <br />amounts: <br />PUBLIC LIABILITY <br />General Bodily Injury - $1,000,000 Per Occurrence <br />General Property Damage - $ 100,000 Per Occurrence <br />or <br />Combined Single Limit on Bodily Injury and Property <br />Damage Liability - $1,000,000 <br />AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY <br />Bodily Injury - 500,000 Per Person/$1,000,000 Per <br />Occurrence <br />Property Damage - $100,000 Per Occurrence <br />or <br />Combined Single Limit on Bodily Injury and Property <br />Damage Liability - $1,000,000 <br />12. Attorney's Fees. In the event City shall install and pre- <br />vail in any action or suit for the enforcement of any of its rights <br />under this agreement, Developer shall pay to City a reasonable <br />attorney's fee as may be fixed by the court on account thereof. <br />13. Notices.
