(1) Zone 7 Drainage fees; and <br />(2) City (DSRSD) Sewer Connection fees, <br />B. Charges for Zone 7 Water meters and connections _ <br />shall be levied in accordance with the provisions of paragraph <br />8 of this agreement, and shall be paid at the time of installa- <br />tion of the water meters. <br />C. Fees for checking plans for the foundations, <br />the garages and the Recreation Center are to be paid when such <br />plans are checked. <br />D.
