65 <br />ARTICLE VII. --- Contractor further agrees to fulfill the <br />following: <br />a) Contractor shall indemnify, save and hold harmless <br />from and defend the City, members of the City Council <br />and their agents, servants and employees, against any <br />and all claims costs, demands, causes of action, suits, <br />losses, expense or other detriment or liability <br />arising from or out of acts or omissions of Contractor, <br />its agents, subcontractors, officials or employees, <br />in connection with the execution of the work covered by• <br />this contract or any amendment thereto. <br />b) Provide a Certificate of Insurance issued to the <br />City of Pleasanton from his insurance carrier pro-- - <br />viding proof of Worker's Compensation: and. Police <br />number . • <br />c) Provide a Certificate of Insurance from his insurance <br />carrier showing the amount of Public Liability and <br />Property Damage coverage and naming the City of <br />Pleasanton, its officers, employees, and Agents as <br />additionally insured.
