'.-'t~tat the fences shall be located as shown on the <br />:~it.e plan, F:~>hi.bit A, on f.il.e with the Planning <br />Division and that i_n the case of parcels at 645, <br />F.>57 and 673 Abbie Street the setback shall be <br />a rn:inimum of 6 ft. from Abbie Street curb and <br />with the property located at 4898 Cobbler Court, <br />the setback shall be a minimum of 8 ft. from the <br />Abbie Street curb. <br />3. Tt-iat the applicant shall enter into an agreement <br />with the City, approved by the City Attorney, <br />which guarantees that all landscaping included <br />in the area between the fences and the curbs on <br />Abbie Street shall be maintained at all times <br />in a healthful, attractive and weed free manner. <br />This agreement shall run with the land for the <br />duration of the existence of the structures locatE~d <br />on the subject propert=ies. <br />4. That the corners of the fences at 657 and 673 <br />Abbie Street shall be cut back 10' on the diagonal <br />because of their close proximity to driveways. <br />5. That the in area between the fences and curbs <br />tl~e applicant shall install an irrigation system; <br />that broad leaf deciduous trees shall be installed <br />a minimum of 30' on center spacing and shall be <br />a minimum of 15 gallons in size; that shrubs shall <br />be installed a minimum of 6' on center; and that <br />the ground cover shall be installed a minimum <br />of 12" on center. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days from <br />September 14, 1983 or cn the day following the next <br />meeting of the Council (9/28/83), whichever is later, <br />unless an appeal has been taken to the Council, or <br />unless the Council shall elect to rev:i~~,r the decision <br />of the Board.
