alignment with the location of the driveway of such new residence and (b) City shall abandon <br /> that portion of the Current Easement that is replaced by such New Easement. The Parties agree <br /> that the New Easement shall extend to the southwest property line and that the portion of the <br /> easement area that is not aligned with the driveway of the new residence needs to be improved <br /> and maintained only to the extent necessary to accommodate the City's Fire Department's 4x4 <br /> off-road vehicles. Furthermore, City agrees that Buyer shall be required to pave only a sixteen <br /> (16) foot width of that portion of the New Easement aligned with the driveway of the new <br /> residence. <br /> 11. Escrow Instructions. The escrow instructions attached to the Agreement as Exhibit C and <br /> referenced in Section 1.1 of the Agreement are hereby replaced with those escrow instructions <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit F. <br /> 12. No Further Changes.
