easement at such location and for such purpose ("New Easement"), and City shall concurrently <br />abandon that portion of the Current Easement that is replaced by the New Easement. The New <br />Easement shall be constructed and improved as follows: (a) a twelve (12) foot width of that <br />portion of the New Easement aligned with the New Home Driveway and (b) a four (4) foot <br />buffer area adjacent to the New Driveway and located on one or both sides (or some <br />combination thereof) of the twelve foot (12) paved portion to the reasonable satisfaction of <br />City's Fire Department. That portion of the New Easement that extends from the New Home <br />Driveway to the southerly property line of Seller's property may be landscaped, at Seller's <br />expense, provided that such landscaping does not interfere with the passage over and across the <br />New Easement by the City's Fire Departments' 4x4 off-road vehicles. <br />11. Escrow Instructions. The escrow instructions attached to the Agreement as Exhibit C and <br />referenced in Section 1.1 of the Agreement are hereby replaced with those escrow instructions <br />attached hereto as Exhibit F. <br />12. No Further Changes.
