Reimbursement. Reimbursements will be due upon filing <br />the first final map for each benefitting property or any portion <br />thereof. The amount of reimbursement shall be on the percentage <br />of benefit as established in Exhibit B referred to in Paragraph 4 <br />above. <br />6. Developer's Share. Developer's share of the cost of the <br />signal and related public improvements shall be deemed <br />contributed upon the completion of construction and their <br />acceptance by the City Council, subject to reimbursement as <br />herein provided. <br />- 3 - <br />
