DESIGN REVIEW BOARD <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-80-54. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING DESIGN PLANS FOR WILLIAM E. <br />COURTNEY AS'FILED UNDER CASE Z-80-222 <br />WHEREAS, William E. Courtney has applied for design review approval <br />for a 48,000 sq. ft. three-story office building proposed <br />for the site located at the northwest corner of Stoneridge <br />Mall Road and Laurel Creek Way; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned C-R (Regional Commercial} District; .and <br />WHEREAS, on November 12, 1980 at public hearing was held. at which time <br />all public testimony and exhibits were considered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Design Review Board approves case Z-80-222 subject <br />to the staff report of November 12, 1980, attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference, with a change to <br />Condition No. 3 which shall now read as follows: <br />3. That the required parking for the site be integrated <br />between the two adjoining sites for the areas west and <br />north. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective the day following <br />notification to the City Council. <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN:.
