from tYie Special Fund monies to make the annual payments of principal
and interest required to service the bonds which shall be issued by this
district, all as more particularly set forth below.
3. Assessment District No. 1974-3.
The purpose of this assessment district is to construct
storm and sanitary sewers, and water systems on or adjacent to the
Shopping Center. City will make no contribution to the funding of these
costs .
4. Assessment District No. 1974-4.
The purpose of this assessment district is for the
construction of the east and west extensions of Stoneridge Drive, to-
gether with the acquisition of rights of way necessary thereto. The
City and the Developer agree that the funds necessary to acquire rights
of way and improve Stoneridge Drive east of I-680 will be raised initially
by an assessment district on the Shopping Center. The cost of necessary
rights of way and such work and improvements of Stoneridge Drive east
of I-680 and requisite assessment district costs shall be borne one-half
(1/2} by the Developer and one-half (1/2) by the City, with the City's
contribution to be paid from the Special Fund. If any contributions
toward such work and improvement are made by benefited property owners
east of I-680 prior to the recordation of the lien of assessment district
1974-4, such contributions will reduce the assessment allocable to
the cost of land and improvements made to Stoneridge Drive east of
I-680. If contributions or assessments are made by benefited property
owners after the recordation of the assessment lien, the same shall be
shared by the City and the Developer in equal proportions to a maximum
of the total amount of the assessment attributable to the acquisition
of rights of way and the improvement of Stoneridge Drive east of I-680.
- 4 -
F
