11. Insurance. Developer shall provide the following: <br />a. Provide a Certificate of Insurance issued to the City of Pleasanton from <br />the Developer's insurance carrier providing proof of Workers' <br />Compensation and Policy Number. The duration of this insurance shall <br />include the one year maintenance period. <br />b. Provide a Certificate of Insurance from the Developer's insurance carrier <br />showing the amount of General Liability and Property Damage coverage <br />with insurance coverage of at least the following amounts: <br />GENERAL LIABILITY <br />General Bodily Injury $1,000,000 <br />Per Occurrence <br />General Property Damage $1,000,000 <br />Per Occurrence, <br />AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY <br />Bodily Injury/Per person $1,000,000 <br />Per Occurrence <br />Property Damage $1,000,000 <br />Per Occurrence <br />c. All insurance companies affording coverage to the Developer shall be <br />required to add the City of Pleasanton as an "insured" under the insurance <br />policy for all work performed under this Agreement. <br />d. All insurance companies affording coverage to the Developer shall be <br />insulance organizations authorized by the Insurance Commissioner of the <br />State Department of Insurance to transact business of insurance in the <br />State of California with a Best's rating of not less than A:VII. <br />e. All insurance companies affording coverage shall provide 30 days written <br />notice to the City should the policy be canceled before the expiration date. <br />For the purposes of this notice requirement, any material change in the <br />policy prior to the expiration shall be considered a cancellation. <br />f.
