0 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />(Tract 6982: Bridle Creek -Sycamore Funding Development Company) <br />This Amendment No. 1 to Subdivision Agreement ("Amendment") is made this <br />day of July 2000, between Sycamore Funding Development Company <br />("Subdivider") and the City of Pleasanton, a municipal corporation ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. On April 1, 1999, City and Subdivider entered into a Subdivision Agreement <br />("Agreement") concerning the property described as Tract 6982, Bridle Creek <br />("Property"). <br />B. The Agreement called for Subdivider to construct, or cause to be constructed, off-site <br />improvements for the Property pursuant to the North Sycamore Specific Plan within <br />one year of the date of the Agreement, subject to reasonable extensions. <br />C. Subdivider has requested a one year extension in which to complete the off-site <br />improvements for the Property. <br />D. City has determined that it is not detrimental to the public interest to extend the time <br />period for completion for one additional year. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in exchange for mutual consideration, the receipt and <br />sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to allow the Subdivider until April <br />1, 2001 to complete the work and off-site improvements required by the <br />Agreement. <br />2.
