Toter Inc. is pleased to offer the following services for your program: <br />1. Assist the City of Pleasanton in developing container implementation program goals and <br />project critical path. <br />2. Assist in developing a complete container marketing program. Toter will help to <br />develop literature and marketing tools to notify customers of the new container system <br />and outline presentations to Council District "Town Hall" meetings. <br />3. Assist in analyzing existing residential routes for conversion to fully automated systems. <br />4. Develop an inventory control system for Toter accountability. <br />5. Conduct a demonstration of the new collection system for interested parties during the <br />program. This will include presentations at service clubs, senior citizen groups, and City <br />Council meetings, as required. Manufacturing facility tours will be made available upon <br />request. <br />6. Provide additional services as necessary <br />operators sist t program's success. This <br />inclu presentations to truck p erators on the benefits of roll-out carts, and <br />telemarketing training for handling phone inquiries regarding the program. <br />7. Provide certified statements of the commercial recyclability/ landfill avoidance and post <br />consumer content of all Toter components. <br />8. Assist the City of Pleasanton in implementing a radio frequency container identification <br />system equipped for future conversion to Smart -Weigh scale equipped dumping <br />mechanisms. <br />9.
