Product Specifications Toter e EVR Series Ventilated Universal Cart: Heavy Duty Model #76864 Ventilation: The front rim of the body is cut away 1/4" deep wide to allow the passage of air through the top of the cart. This allows approximately 5 square inches of ventilation. A triangular opening is created below the lid on each side of the cart approximately 1/4" high at the rear and sloping to 0" where the lid meets the front of the cart. This provides approximately 5 additional square inches of ventilation. Five horizontal vents 1/8" high, and 1/2" apart are located on each side of the cart near the bottom to allow the passage of air through the bottom of the cart. These bottom vents provide approximately 2.5 square inches of ventilation and are located in the front of the wheel wells of the cart in order to prevent spillage of liquids during dumping and while the cart is being rolled. Drainaae: Stoo Bar: (Optional) Galvanized steel tubing 1.0" (2.54 cm) diameter 16 gauge. Rotates inside molded plastic journals in the cart body during cart pickup to prevent bar damage. Axles: Wheel Retainers: r A corrosion proof HDPE grill 3/8 thick is installed approximately 6" above the bottom of the cart to allow leachate to drain from cart contents. The grill has 1" diameter openings to allow for drainage. This grill is hinged to swing 90 upward to provide for complete dumping of contents and access for cleaning of the bottom of the cart. The hinge and mounting rivets are made from stainless steel to prevent corrosion. 5/8" (1.59 cm.) diameter zinc chromate plated solid high strength steel fully supported by cart body. No bolts or rivets used for axle mounting. Galvanized washers and 1/8" galvanized cotter pin. WheeIs: 10" X 1.75" nominal Sunburst wheels with knobby tread, extra high molecular weight polyethylene. Minimum load rating of 150 lbs. per wheel.
