7. Independent Audit. <br />Valley shall employ the services of a qualified Certified <br />Public Accountant, at its sole expense, who shall annually examine <br />the books, records, inventories and reports of Valley and its <br />officers and employees who receive, handle or disburse funds <br />obtained by Valley from City pursuant to this Agreement. A cony <br />of such audit and report shall be submitted by January 1 of each <br />year to the Finance Director for review. <br />8. Notices. <br />Any notices required by or in furtherance of this <br />agreement shall be given in writing by personal delivery or by <br />United States mail and shall be deemed communicated when received. <br />Notices shall be addressed as set forth below, buth either party <br />may change its address by giving written notice thereof to the <br />other in accordance with the provisions of this article. <br />To City: City Manager <br />City of Pleasanton <br />P. ~.
