reservations and restrictions shall .expire. Each and every <br />contract, deed or other instrument hereafter executed covering or <br />conveying Lots 53 through 108, inclusive, and Parcel C of Tract <br />5008, or any portion thereof, shall conclusively be held to have <br />been executed, delivered and accepted subject to such covenants, <br />reservations and restrictions, regardless of whether such covenants, <br />reservations and restrictions are set forth in such contract, <br />deed or other instruments. <br />13. Attorney's Fees. <br />If suit is brought to enforce or interpret any parC of <br />this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover <br />reasonable attorney's fees and costs o.f suit. <br />14. Severabilitv. <br />The invalidity of any clause, part or provision of this <br />Agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining vortions <br />thereof. <br />15.
